NewRog is nice, and I like some of it's features, but I do not like how it
handles getting to the articles... makes for a lot of clicking.

I prefer MD2 as a newsreader, however I like YAM better for e-mail. I have
more e-mails that 18,000 and it is not a bit slow (YAM2.0preview7).
