This part I agree on. Md-2 needs better handling of messages that do not get
completely downloaded. Some option to retrieve the rest of the message if it
doesn't get completely downloaded in cases like the modem hangs up the line
or the line gets real bad slow and MD-2 gives up downloading the message.
You have to manually look through the cache for the message and delete it in
order for MD-2 to get it again.
