Yes, but the SBLive! sound system isn't that great because to get 0dB from the
output you have to overdrive the mixer which results in distortion. The signal is
pulled down to about -6dB before the mixer stage so that adding bass, treble and
3D effects will not cause clipping on the output. Unfortunately id you turn all
these off (which you will want to do to get an accurate recording onto MD) the
output will peak at -6dB. The new drivers for SBLive! allow you to push the signal
to 0dB by overdriving the input stages on the mixer, which is why the SBLive!
sound isn't that great at high volume.
