contentfilter log atau antivirus log

Sudah periksa spam folder di email client dan di webmail?
Bagaimana dengan user [email protected] dan [email protected] apakah
mereka terima?

Kalau dari smtp-in log yang disampaikan diatas mestinya hanya akun
[email protected] yang terima.
Akun yang lain hanya bisa terima kalau dibuatkan contentfilter rule atau
ada transaksi lain dari sender yang sama, untuk message yang sama tetapi
diterima pada waktu yang berbeda.
Coba periksa ulang smtp-in log, apakah ada transaksi lain dengan
message-id yang sama
(si2pr04mb4361b14b81a7f923d0d82f26a0...@si2pr04mb4361.apcprd04.prod.outlook.com).
Juga periksa ke contentfilter log.
Seperti itu pak, mohon pencerahan nya kembali pak kenapa beberapa tidak masuk
emailnya, apakah ada yang perlu saya kordinasikan dengan sis pengirim?
Nanti dulu, cari tahu dulu sumber masalahnya dengan baik.
Besar dugaan saya ada masalah di content Filter rule yang digunakan di
server mail.mandau.id
