Is this right? If so, its no the that boundary. 10.99.0.1-10.99.108.254 and my IP is 10.99.111.91

I have an IP range boundary setup that is 10.99.0.1-10.99.108.254 and my IP is 10.99.111.91. On the setup windows and configmgr I have SMSMP=MyServer.MyDomain.com which I assume is how it knows that's the MP but the logs seems to still complain about that. "Failed to retrieve assigned MP. Assuming 'myserver.mydomain.com' is not a relevant MP. I deployed the updates to a collection that contains the MAC address of the build and capture machine. If that doesn't work I'd expect that step to just fly by instead of hanging though. It eventually times out and moves on because I continue on error. I don't see any activity in any log that would indicate software updates are even trying to install. I am seeing errors in statusagent.log and locationservices.log. Those logs are attached here. Anyone know what would be causing this?
