+1 Yes, you have some of this in an MDT task sequence so you've already done most of the work. Like Daniel said, set up a B&C sequence and just start with the 1607 as your source.

We have a golden image that we open, and modify as necessary. We've updated it with the Anniversary Update. However, when we click on "Resume Task Sequence," to seal the image. Nothing happens. We are experiencing this on VSphere and VMWorkstation. Has anyone using VSphere or VMWorkstation, tried updating their golden image with the anniversary update successfully? If I seal it without the update, it works just fine. Thoughts?
