OK, I admit I made a stupid joke over the weekend ( sebenernya lupa kapan
saya posting joke saya itu soal Baasyir) I have no clue if such a joke is
affecting some people in a bad way, jadi ingat joke kartun nabi di
denmark....oh boy, it was a shame on me !
Kesibukan natal membuat saya alpa dari kegiatan milis, baru hari ini saya
sempet lihat reaksi kalian, terus terang saya sendiri gak ingat apa yg saya
tulis itu hahahahaaaaa...
Anyway, yes you re tight, di bulan penuh damai ini saya minta maaf buat
insulting joke, and look I even kept the article stated that Baasyir was
innocent, maybe I should call CIA about that .
Hope we can keep a peace now, and I will be back when this xmast (holiday
season) over.
Merry Xmast for all of you out there.

  Salam' O

Bashir cleared over first Bali bombing http://abc.net.au
By Indonesia correspondent Geoff Thompson & wires

Indonesia's Supreme Court has cleared Muslim cleric Abu Bakar Bashir
of involvement in the first Bali bombing in 2002 and the bombing of
      Jakarta's Marriott Hotel in 2003.

The United Nations has listed Bashir as a terrorist.

Western and regional intelligence officials say the cleric is the
spiritual leader of Jemaah Islamiah, a south-east Asian extremist
group blamed for the Bali bombings and a string of other deadly
attacks in Indonesia in recent years.

Bashir regularly states his support for the Bali bombers, which he
calls Mujaheddin who just made the mistake of targeting civilians in
      peaceful places.

But the legal evidence proving his connection to acts of terrorism
      has always been weak.

He was freed in June this year after serving 30 months for the
conspiracy that led to the first Bali bombing, which killed 202
      people, 88 of them Australians.

The 67-year-old nevertheless pursued a judicial review to have his
      name cleared.

Jakarta's Supreme Court has found there is no evidence Bashir was
involved in the attacks in Bali and Jakarta.

The review heard from more than 30 witnesses who gave evidence that
      he was not involved.

The Supreme Court's chief judge says he has accepted the findings of
      the review.

The Antara state news agency quoted him as saying the court had
ordered that Bashir's name be rehabilitated.

Western nations, especially Australia, have previously protested
against what they regarded as too lenient treatment of the cleric.

Bashir has consistently denied any connection to the attacks blamed
      on Jemaah Islamiah.
