Mas Loeky,

Please let me approach this issue from a different angle, please.

Realistically, we men love women - like it or not - at least I personally
love women.
I have only one wife (bule amrik) and 3 boys, 22, 15 and 9 years old.
I cannot afford to have more than one wife.
Only men in Utah can have 20 wives.

I try to make it simple and clear about POLYGAMY in Indonesia.

If the Indonesian government officials/leaders/members of the
cabinet/parliament members etc. got married and they have 3, 4, 5 or more
wives.......where do they get the money to feed their wives plus kids and
their wives love to go shopping in Singapore, Tokyo, Paris, Houston
maybe.......where do they earn rupiahs, uh?

KKN LAGI, S _ _ T HOLLY COW............I hate pejabat2 NKRI.

Those pejabat2 who can afford to have many wives, selir2, wanita piaraan,
big houses, many cars by stealing duit rakyat sengsara.

Don't you hate them? I think they are true SOBs in my humble opinion.

What do you say Mas Loeky?

Mr. Holy Forwarder,

A polygamous marriage - even the worst thing, a crime, which is
opposed by (nearly) everyone - can be found everywhere in the globe.
But no polygamous marriage should be supported nor legalized by any
government.

Nia Dinata fails to distinguish between individual affairs and public
affairs. This kind of failures are less likely made by any muslim
claiming to be 'moderate'. A 'moderate' muslim is measured and
determined from his/her ways of thinking, not from his/her looks.

I don't care if a 'strong' man :-) has ten or twenty wives as long as
his marriages with those women were not based on any law but religious
beliefs (or maybe: traditional cultures, 'adat'). However, I would
oppose any law allowing any of those marriages to happen in the name
of the people of Republik Indonesia.

Salam
