I am quite surprise to find that there is hardly any decent (up to date) spell check for a popular software like mediawiki. I came across the following two:
1. http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Spellcheck However it does not looks like that it is currently being maintained. Last update was in 2007! 2. http://wiki.montcopa.org/MediaWiki/index.php?title=MediaWiki_Spell_Checker Asks to modify the core mediawiki file like EditPage.php which I remember is a no no and one tends to get a lot of heat if they edit core files... So my question: What are some of the solutions that the users on this list are using for spellcheck functionality in their mediawiki?
