For the skin Google the available skins and you may find one you like for no money. My current favorite for a responsive skin is Foreground, based around the Foundation Framework. To add Facebook and Twitter look at the Widgets extension, or the WidgetsFramework extension (the current Widgets Framework for Twitter is broken). There's also some other extensions that allow Facebook Twitter likes on the page. For Google Ad works, I think, the Widgets extension has a Google Adsense widget. You could also integrate Google Adsense using one of the secure html extensions: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:NamespaceHTML (My new current favorite extension) https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Secure_HTML Both of those extensions, however, require locking down things so random end users can't use raw html.
