I'm trying to setup MediaWiki 1.26.2 and everything goes through successfully when I copy the LocalSettings.php file to the root folder the vector skin does not display properly, everything goes to the left.
This was not an upgrade and I did not see anything in the installation instructions that I missed. Please let me know what I check to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help!
