The page's HTML source should have a few stylesheet links, like
`<link rel="stylesheet" href="/w/load.php?..." />`. Try visiting these
URLs in your browser and seeing if they're showing any error messages.
You might need to tweak some PHP or MediaWiki settings for the errors to
be displayed:
