Vector is still maintained, and used on Wikimedia wikis. But we only 
guarantee compatibility with the same MediaWiki version – if you have a 
Vector skin for e.g. MediaWiki 1.25, it may not work with MediaWiki 
1.26. You probably just need to upgrade your Vector skin, same as you 
would upgrade an extension.
