This is actually a private network and a sandbox server, it looks like a redirect loop . I have a development and production site. The production site shows similar traffic the development looks fine. I use automation scripts to build my servers and I built a new sandbox with those scripts, identical to the sandbox and nothing. No one else looks at the sandbox but me. I'm testing for upgrade to mediawiki 1.30 however production is still 1.28 and has the same issue.
