We have a report that pulls every patient that has hospital insurance. Regina Davison built it. Her email is [EMAIL PROTECTED] I use it with the HUB access log - look by patient at everyone that has accessed that record. If you catch someone and take action....the word will get around and the problem with that here has stopped as far as I can tell from the audits. Get Regina to send you that report...if you are client server.
