Hello All, I have a question re: triggering a form to print in response to a specific query response. From what I have learned so far, it doesn't seem possible. If anyone out there has come up with a way to trigger printing a form to a query response, we would greatly appreciate if you could share your info! Our goal is to trigger printing patient discharge instructions for Core Measures issues when the nurse/user answers a query such as "Was the patient diagnosed with CHF during this hospital stay?" with a "Y" response.
