Pharmacy has created sets to make this easier. We are only live in the Birth Center and that has enough problems as it is. Just the other day, the nurse was in a hurry and entered the entire set realizing afterwards that the physician did not want one of the usual medications. Well, the single med order CAN NOT be deleted until pharmacy has verified all the medications. This almost resulted in an error. I'd like to know what to do about this situation!!!
