My nursing director came for a magic facility and we are a client server facility. At her old facility, the nurses could enter an * in any assessment that was incomplete. AT the end of the shift, the nurse could recall her asterisks (*) to display any incomplete assessments. Can anyone explain this process to me and is it available in client server?
