Hi Phylis,

The POM order sheets display the electronic signature on the bottom. We
print POM orders and save POM printed orders and hand written orders as
part of the medical record.

For those of you who are live with POM and physician ordering
online, are you saving the POM order sheet as part of the paper chart
(along with the non-automated written orders). Also, what are you doing
with docuentation for Medicare of the MD signature of these orders? ITS
has a statement on reports that says it has been electronically signed
by the MD. The POM order sheet does not. Any input would be greatly
appreciated.
