Hi, We're in the process of getting ready to implement Valco's Paperless Registration and Medical Records applications. A few questions for anyone out there using Valco. 1. PCI--Any advice on how to set up categories, subcategories and form id's. Best practice, lessons learned, etc. 2. Anyone using the xp300 small scanner and are they pretty reliable for various types of scanning? 3. Viewer: For PCI-do you use the PCI viewer or the Valco viewer. Pros/Cons?
