Hi Kay,
 
Set up an access group in your NUR dictionaries, under MAR access.  On page 2 is where you restrict this group to the ORDER TYPES you want them to see.  The look up here pulls from the PHA order type dictionary.
 
So for example for your respiratory therapists, in your PHA module have a RESP order type set up for respiratory drugs.  Then in NUR, have each RT set up in the NUR dictionary, and then in the MAR access of the NUR dictionaries, restrict them to RESP type of orders.

Is there a way to restrict the medications that a user sees……….
In other words for my Respiratory Department, they only need to see medications that have the route of NEB or IH….
They don’t need to have all meds….
