because like doctors we allow nurses access to all patients in all
locations.

It depends on how you have your documentation set up.  It can be useful
to look back and see what the patient's previous status was in a given
area while you are documenting current status for that area.  If you
don't want to have the queries default in and you have attributes
attached to the queries that display the answers as "pop-ups", then
opening the old document is the quickest way to look at the previous
response to that question.  Two log-ons would allow for this
functionality.

We do not allow multiple logons. However, I may not have encountered the
situation that prompted your users to request it.

Just a quick question, is anyone that is using NUR for documentation
allowing multiple user logon's?  We have a request to have more than one
logon for nurses and wonder what others are doing before we make any
decisions.
