We are a Magic 5.5 site and have been using eMAR/BV for several months. In our Oncology area the chemo drugs are entered by Pharmacy, but all pre- and post-chemo meds (the "give 1/2 hour before" etc) are entered using Quick Charge/Document or are entered by Pharmacy as one-time/prn meds. This gives the RN greater flexibility and prevents Pharmacists from having to read the RN's mind. Holly A.
