We are doing this right now. Created a NPR and then did a letter, mail merge in WORD; Sending out a letter asking for verification on fields with a fax back number. Once they are faxed back, we will make changes. Hope that helps you! We have over 4000 doctors in our Provider dictionary and our main concerns are the non staff physicians (3850). How does your facilities clean up name changes or misspells, address changes and the checking of the sanction lists. Does anybody have the sanction list automated somehow?
