Saira, Attached, please find a report setup to do what you've asked. It may look a little intimidating, but that is only because we have to determine whether or not to send the message depending on age and if any of the VitalSigns fall out of the "normal range". If we sent it every time vital signs were charted, the macro would be much smaller/simpler. For all others, normal ranges and query mnemonics are hard coded and would most likely need to be changed. This report would just need to be added as an activity format for the NUR Intervention (on bottom of page 2). Does anyone have an NPR report that sends the contents of the report to MOX? I have the Iatric NPR report that sends a message to MOX to the user running the report indicating that the report is finished, but I am clueless on how to include the report details within the MOX message and how to send it to the provider's MOX mnemonic.
