I asked this question 2-3 weeks ago. The only way I found was to treat it as a standalone test (CREAT w/ GFR) which is prompted for at order time:
if no prior GFR then [f message]("Please enter GFR, too") or some such. In the end, we decided to just result GFR with every creatinine.

I have created GFR calculation and added it to CMP and BMP tests, so every time CMP or BMP resulted, GFR is calculated based on serum creatinine. However, it was recommended that the calculation should not repeat for length of stay. Is there a way to do that so when ever serum creatinine is resulted, GFR would be resulted as “Previously Calculated”?
