======================================

We went LIVE with BMV a few months ago and are now looking for data that
will confirm that this is a product worth the investment. Of course, we
'know' that it is a valuable tool, but we now want to be able to 'show' this
in objective numbers. What we are looking for is:

1) Number of prevented Adverse Drug Events (ADE's) compared to total number
of meds administered?
2) What was the "Event" that was prevented (wrong med, wrong dose, allergy
interaction, etc)?
3) What were the actual meds that were prevented being given?
4) Of these, how many were drugs that would have had a really bad patient
outcome if the med had been given?
5) Anything else that will show ROI

We would to be able objectively show that we are meeting the goals that we
had hoped BMV would help us achieve. For example, we would like to be able
to demonstrate is that BMV prevented a possible serious injury and/or death
on X # of pt's.

Please let me know if you are using standard Meditech reports or if you have
developed any custom reports to assist with this data collection. Thank you
in advance for assistance you can provide.
