Hi L'ers, We currently have 5 out of 7 units live with BMV/eMAR. We are having an issue with the eMAR in that Pyxis overrides from ER and PACU appear as overdue on the Status Board and the Worklist, and nurses on the units have to document these as Not Given to get them out of the way. This is very time consuming. We don't want to exclude these as there may be overrides on the unit that require documenting.

Also, if we change the Overdue Medications to "0" in the Status Board dictionary to filter out the overrides, this will also exclude missed documentions.

We have also toyed with the idea of removing the Med column from the Status Board and the Worklist button from the Integrated Desktop, but then users would have to enter Process Medications to see when the next meds are due. How are other hospitals handling this?
