This is strange. At my last place we were CS and had 300 plus thin clients and we had no issues with EMR/PCS/BMV. Meditech told us that they were supported. Meditech seems to be inconsistent with Supported and Unsupported devices. They tell one customer something and the next something else.

We had a significant deployment of thin clients and Meditech warned us that they do not support thin clients and especially warned us about using them with the EMR.
