We have been using the auto close for as long as it has been available. There is an option to copy your batches to the next day if they forget to post. We then have an OA message that tells us the batch was not posted but copied and we auto send to the billing supervisor for rectification. This has greatly reduced staff "forgetting" to post. This functionality has been great. We also send bills statement claims to their own spool groups for transferring to the various agencies... Jackie
