Thanks to some info from Joe Cocuzzo from Iatrics awhile ago, I was able
to create the attached report that extracts various information from the MIS
spool file of faxed radiology reports. I use it to print a daily/weekly
list of successful & unsuccessful faxes of radiology reports.
While I don't search for a keyword like you're asking fro, I think this
may give you a starting point, and you can modify the extraction routines to
work for you. Note that it also calls a fragment to get the status of the fax,
which it doesn't sound like you'll need. Have fun!

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] RADRW - Magic 5.4 - Report request
Hope everyone is having a great week!
Just a quick request...does anyone have or know of a report that can search
the text of a radiology report for keywords, such as "critical" or
"discrepancy", and return patients name, exam mneumonic, and exam date?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all and have a great day,
Larry
