Good Morning all; I'm just wondering what other facilities use for a patient look-up in their switchboard and/or patient-info desk.
We don't want to use the Meditech Directory (for obvious HIPPA reasons) basically because it contains confidential information that these users do not need to see. Any suggestions, tips or tricks would be extremely helpful! Thanks!!
