Is it possible that the “documentation”
you are requesting is actually a product for TSG. TSG can not give away
certain documentation, because the documentation in some cases is the product,
to give it away would allow reverse engineering and diminish the value of their
product. I have found that TSG is very generous with documentation on how to

interface and TSG stated that providing this documentation is not part of
routine support. We have escalated within the company and have had no
response. We feel that new customers are priority whereas
