We change them all the time. 1. Have you set up the client in the universe? There is a field that says "Display Signon Graphic". That needs to be set to Yes. 2. What version are you? If 5.5 then there is a new field in NPR Miscellaneous Routines called: Change Signon Graphic Ring. This specified which ring to update with the new graphic.
