You will need to identify the event code in your ADM.PAT.events segment that corresponds to your admit clerk finishing the registration, then use the event.user fied. That will correspond to the user who did the event.

I've experimented with reports that others have shared but I can't seem to pull in the user who edited a registration. Can anybody point me in the right way or share something? In ED, the triage nurse short-forms the patient and the Access clerk edits the registration to complete it. All the "admit clerk" reports pull only the triage nurse because he/she was the first registrar. While that information is fine, from the Access point of view, the Access registrar is the important name. Being able to pull in this information would help me with several Access reports, especially if I could get the activity as well as the user. Anything will be greatly appreciated! Julia Julia F.
