Hi Mike, What about using the Notifications function out of ADM? "The notifications feature allows a health care organization to * define the notification parameters for the health care organization * define patient events that trigger a notification * enter or edit notifications for a patient * notify physicians via pager, e-mail, or printout when certain patient events occur * print some or all notifications"
