We are MAGIC 5.4 sr2 and went Live with NUR on 11/28/06 - we will begin
testing on 5.61 soon.  Anyhow, we have freezing issues too, although we
have not been able to get the necessary information from users yet to
determine if there is a common sequence of events.

What has been determined, in most cases, the mouse and keyboard stop
working in the Meditech environment only.  (all other applications,
network printing, email etc works, mouse and keyboard work in other
applications).

We are using laptops on COWs, wireless network, Meditech Remote
workstation ver 4.18 NUI, Windows XP.

If anyone has any observations or ideas that would be great.  Thanks

We went live with 5.5 SR1 in September and have had continuing problems
with OM and POM freezing on the users.  We still have no explanation
from Meditech as to why.  Aside from being frustrating to us, imagine
the providers who are loosing their work.

If anyone has an answer, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Has anyone out there started testing the Magic vs 5.61?   We are testing
it and having a lot of problems with loosing mouse capability in OM when
going into Orders from EDM or NUR Status board.  Also within OM itself,
the screens are freezing up and we have to go into OPS and kill the
sessions.  It is making testing very tedious and difficult.

I just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem or has
had it and was able to find a fix for it?
