We are MAGIC 5.4 sr2 and went Live with NUR on 11/28/06 - we will begin testing on 5.61 soon. Anyhow, we have freezing issues too, although we have not been able to get the necessary information from users yet to determine if there is a common sequence of events.
What has been determined, in most cases, the mouse and keyboard stop working in the Meditech environment only. (all other applications, network printing, email etc works, mouse and keyboard work in other applications). We are using laptops on COWs, wireless network, Meditech Remote workstation ver 4.18 NUI, Windows XP. If anyone has any observations or ideas that would be great.
