Send me your fax number and I will get it to you. To recap, this is a sensor that detects a sheet of paper interrupting its light path, and then makes a chirping noise. Techs are tuned into it enough that it is heard even when staffing is minimal and a tech is not in the immediate area. We use this on a laser printer to know when BBK orders arrive. We did have a device attached to the printer through a serial termserver; now the label printer is on a digi IP termserver and the device we had before does not work. So, I'm hoping someone has a device that is connected to a label printer that's connected to a digi IP termservier that makes some type of sound when a label prints.
