Hi Dianna, We are currently documenting all Pre-op Assessments in ORM. We created CDS's for these Assessments and have created CDS Tabs as part of the Surgical Profile for several areas as well. So far this has worked fine for us and all documentation is part of the Surgical Profile in the EMR. Good Luck. Rebecca
