Hello, We have upgraded to Magic 5.61 and on many of the orders a lower case "r" appears in the Status field on the profile. I know that this represents " PHA Review Activity Exists ", but I can't figure why this is appearing. This seems to at least impact our transfer med list (meds drop off that have the "r" as a status). Also, it seems that even if an order is reviewed, the "r" may return as a background job even if no pharmacy activity has been performed on that med. We only have the pharmacists do order entry at our facility. Your help is appreciated... Dan
