YES!!!!  We have been having the same problem, but not just since the
5.61 update.  The problem that we are having deals primarily with meds
that were issued as med overrides and then returned.  Every med override
in the Omnicell creates a .stk-med order in pharmacy, and that new rx is
sent via NMI to Omnicell followed immediately by the dc order. (We have
our DISPENSING MACHINE dictionary field "Auto DC Stock Order?" set to
"Y".) Problem is, when the nurse returns the med at the Omnicell, there
is no rx number on the issue transaction - it was generated at the
cabinet.  I have asked Meditech and Omnicell about the problem.  Neither
has an answer.  The only fix I can think of is to have the .stk-med
orders sent across the interface with a stop time 3-4 hours in the
future.  Ideally, Omnicell should map the new rx from Meditech to the
override transaction, but that is asking a lot.  Omnicell has the
ability to add a "window" to the start and stop times for orders, but
because the .stk-med orders have no stop date/time when they are
created, Omnicell cannot add anything to the field.  So we are stuck
with no good solution and lots of interface errors to correct!

If you get a reponse from either company that works, please let me know!

We have recently updated to Meditech Magic v5.61.  Since the update we
have had a problem with credits interfacing from Omnicell to Pharmacy.
They are rejecting with the message "Unable to find matching Rx."  We
have been working with and waiting for Meditech to solve this for more
than a month.  

Has anyone else had this problem?  If yes, has it been resolved?
