Hi Diane, This is related to overrides from your ADM. We have Pyxis. I am in the midst of an upgrade process and was clued into it by another Pyxis user. I have a test interface which helps a lot. If you set your Auto Stock DC Order to N then the credits should process but that means the order has to be active. The problem with this approach is that the order remains active in Pyxis as well. This is a big issue in my opinion as these orders are now accessible without the override function!!
I just sent a detailed testing scenario to Meditech and they are having a PHA Group meeting today to discuss the issue. Hopefully they will have a better idea later today.
