Do you have PCM (Physician Care Manager) module? If so, you can create templates to do just the types of things you mentioned.

Our physician would like to be able to print a SOAP note to use as his progress note (to place in the chart) that would give him an area to hand write the S, A and P and then have the O pull in 24 hours worth of Vital signs, I&O and labs and Radiology impressions. We have developed a NUR profile that will pull in those items, but it is not very pretty. Do we have to go to an NPR report? How would we pull in a Rad impression to an NPR report? Any ideas or comments are welcome and appreciated.
