1. Yes. 2. he is under Radiology 3. ours doesn't have any background with IT knowledge. His is all clinical 4. full time 5. Would be better if you could get the best of both worlds- someone with clinical Understand and IT experience. Our person does pretty well but would be a lot more Productive if he could troubleshoot.
