If the answer to the 1st question is Y then the rest are required. Future programming would generate a "re-eval" intervention that would sched itself for 1 hour from filing. The reason for the 1st question is that it was attached to any med that can be given for pain (almost). Most are group responses. I had to add HOSPICE and NA to the intensity.
