In Pyxis, we have the Auto-Discharge parameters set to 24 hours for our ER, ACC, OR and Endo locations. Recently we noticed that when edits are done to patient accounts from these areas, ADT crosses over the interface and resets the discharge date. As a result patients appear active in Pyxis that have not been in the hospital for days, weeks or even months. So far, the edits appear to be legitimate corrections from BAR and ABS.
