Bob, The same thing is happening to us! We are Pyxis RX2000. Our Pyxis Integration Engineer is adding code that will not allow an 'A08' message to come across the Pyxis for Outpatients 48 hours after of registration. 48 hours seemed like a good choice, certainly if anything major was wrong it would be noticed within that time frame. It was limited to Outpatients because allergies could change after 48 hours for inpatients and this wouldn't be updated on Pyxis. The 'A08' is the message that is sent by Meditech when patient information is updated (name, address, allergies, etc.). We know this won't fix it completely but, we're headed in the right direction. Any ideas from other sites would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Valerie
