Robert, we are Magic 5.5 SR2. We were having intermittent incidents of edits coming over, and Meditech actually applied a couple fixes to make them go away. The real problem with ours were that an OE order would pull in an earlier version of the patient info, so a patient who was now an inpatient would get reset in Pyxis to an ER, for example, causing problems with the auto-discharge dates. Anyway, the two fixes they put in were ADM 4234 & OE 10147, and we haven't had an recurrences of the problem for a couple months, as far as I know. Good luck.
