We are having problems with MedSurg. Overall the xyplex termservers are easy to setup and use. Just follow Picis instructions. I don't think the problem is on the Picis side. We keep losing settings on the ports and I think that is happening during the transmit. Not sure.

They did load code changes into our TESt when I said we had a new server, but apparently those were only developed to work specifically with Xyplex servers and they won't make coding changes to accommodate any other type. The bar charges are transmitting okay, it is usually when MSM changes to MM to post the patient issues that it is failing.
