We have been struggling for a few months to get MSM to transmit charges to Meditech using a xyplex ip termserver. We have worked with Picis to make sure we have the latest documentation for the port settings and feel pretty confident that we do. The bar charges are transmitting okay, it is usually when MSM changes to MM to post the patient issues that it is failing. Is anyone else on the Meditech-L having the same issue and did you get it resolved? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
